Sweepstakes Period: The TMZ Greatest Vacation Package Ever Sweepstakes Contest 2021 begins on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 6:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), and ends at 5:59:59 a.m. PT on Tuesday, November 22, 2021.

Prizes:

NATIONAL GRAND PRIZEWINNER :

One (1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following:

One Million Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (1,240,000) Wyndham Rewards Points with an approximate retail value of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($16,120)(additional terms and conditions may apply)

Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) paid in the form of a check

840,000 Points are intended for free night stays at eligible properties and may be redeemed for stays at any of more than 50,000 Wyndham Rewards properties globally – including the program's Hotels, Vacation Club Resorts, and Vacation Rental properties. Redemption of points allow the Prizewinner to select nights at the locations of winner's choosing, subject to restrictions or additional terms and conditions.

400,000 Points are intended for redemption of tours and activities through Wyndham Rewards partner Viator.

Wyndham Rewards will also upgrade the Grand Prizewinner to Diamond Status in the Wyndham Rewards Program through December 31, 2022, so that the Prizewinner may enjoy premium benefits offered to Wyndham Rewards Members who attain Diamond status. Diamond status is not transferrable.

Prize is non-transferable, but may be used by the Prizewinner to book travel, airfare and excursions for

family and friends.

Prizewinner must provide their Wyndham Rewards membership number to receive the Prize. Wyndham Rewards membership accounts are free. If the Prizewinner does not have a Wyndham Rewards account, the Prizewinner must create a Wyndham Rewards account and provide the membership number to the Sponsor, as requested.

Wyndham Rewards Points shall be valid for a minimum of eighteen (18) months from the date of deposit into the Grand Prizewinner's Wyndham Rewards account to utilize all points awarded with the Prize. The Grand Prizewinner may extend that time period to a maximum of forty-eight (48) months by maintaining regular activity on their Wyndham Rewards account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Wyndham Rewards Program.

Wyndham Rewards points are subject to the full terms and conditions of the Wyndham Rewards program. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) No blackout dates on hotel redemptions, however blackout dates do apply to redemptions with program partners, including Caesars and Wyndham Destinations (Vacation Club Resorts), as well as Vacasa, Cottages and Landal Parks, and (b) Local taxes and resort fees are included on hotel redemptions but are not included on redemptions with program partners like Caesars. Redemptions with Vacasa, Cottages and Landal Parks cover room rate, local taxes and cleaning fees. Optional services, such as movie rentals, parking or allowance of pets, may be available for an additional charge.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the National Grand Prize: TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS ($24,120 USD)
